ABOUT

FOUNDATION
Influence Music is a worship ministry and faith-based record label that flows directly out of Influence Church, serving as a creative extension of its mission to impact culture through the power of worship. Influence Church began on February 12, 2012, by Pastors Phil and Tammy Hotsenpiller. What started as a local church music ministry has grown into a global outreach made up of collective songwriters, artists, and musicians. Today, Influence Music continues to write, produce, and release worship albums and singles that carry the sound of the local church to the nations. Through this ministry, Influence Church advances the gospel beyond its walls, using music as a vehicle to reach people locally and globally while cultivating a culture of worship rooted in the heart and vision of the house.

MISSION
Influence Music: God-Centered Worship
At Influence Music, our heartbeat is simple: worship belongs to God, not to us. We resist the pull of celebrity culture and keep the focus where it belongs—on Jesus. Our songs are not about showcasing talent but about exalting the One who is worthy of all praise.

God-Centered, Not Performer-Centered
Worship is not a performance; it’s an offering. The audience is not the crowd—it is God Himself. We desire to cultivate an atmosphere where people encounter His presence, not our personalities.

The Voice of the Community
We believe worship is the sound of the people of God, not the platform of an individual. Influence Music exists to resource the Church with songs that can be sung in living rooms, sanctuaries, and stadiums alike. Many of our recordings are captured live because worship is strongest when it’s corporate, not isolated.

Humility and Simplicity
Our goal is not production for the sake of production. We strive for simplicity, allowing the focus to be on the Spirit of God. Humility is the posture that will enable us to say, “He must increase, but I must decrease” (John 3:30).

On the Presence of God
We know that without His presence, our songs are empty. But when He comes, everything changes.
